Payment is always taken up-front via PayPal invoices
All prices are for a single character - extra characters will cost +50%
If your character has a very complicated design, price might increase
If the commission includes character designing, the price will increase
Terms of service
🟢 Will draw: dragons; fantasy creatures; feral creatures
🟡 Will draw selectively: anthros (please inquire beforehand)
🔴 Won't draw: humans; gijinkas; NSFW; fetishes
GENERAL TERMS
I have the right to reject a commission if I do not feel comfortable drawing it for any reason
At this time, I am not offering commissions for commercial use of any kind
All pieces will include a small signature
All pieces will either include a solid color, or gradient color, background
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
I will always send you a sketch for approval after payment has been received
You are free to ask for WIP shots at any point of the commission
Estimated time for completion: 1 week - 2 months
If any delays were to happen, I will always let you know ASAP
Changes to the commission can be made during the sketching and line art process - once colors have been completed, only minor color related changes can be made
Once the commission has been finished, you will receive the full sized image, and I will gladly provide other sizes as well based on your needs
COPYRIGHT
I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer, and therefore am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork in any of the following ways: promiting my artwork with it, publishing it in any social media site, publishing it in any other sites i use
Buyer is allowed to: use the commissioned piece in personal use (using it as an avatar or sharing it on social media sites), share the artwork in any social media site with credit being given to me, claim the character as their own - not the artwork, print the artwork for a personal copy
Buyer is not allowed to: profit from the commission in any way, claiming the artwork as your own, remove the signature, altering the artwork without explicit permission
No work created by usualuniqueness may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
REFUND/CANCELLATION
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I’ve started working on the commission
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund
In case of a refund, I will send the money directly to the commissioner via PayPal - do not use PayPal chargebacks
